Today Judge Andrews reassigned a case to what appears to be a new visiting judge for the District of Delaware, Senior District Judge Jon Phipps McCalla of the Western District of Tennessee:

To my knowledge, this is the first referral of a Distrct of Delaware patent case to Judge McCalla, and he is not yet on the Court's website (or, obviously, the original 2017 list of visiting judges). But it looks like he will fit right in, having handled at at least 121 patent cases over the last 20+ years, according to Docket Navigator (and likely more before that).
