As a reminder, this is the trial that was derailed immediately after opening statements by the receipt of an anonymous whistleblower letter.
Since our last post, the Court has excluded the letter from trial, and denied plaintiffs' request for information about defendants' internal investigation relating to the letter.
UPDATE: This trial will resume on Wednesday, and run from 9:30 am - 1:15 pm. The trial will then resume on Friday from 9 am - 4pm.
